Ted Baker is committed to the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the completed return form provided in your delivery.

  Affix the Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
